Referral Scheme
The W5 Recruitment referral scheme was set up to encourage people we have registered with us, to put us in to contact with friends or colleagues they know that might be in a similar situation.
If you know someone who would be interested in finding a new position within the environmental sector, then all you have to do is provide us with their name, contact number and email address and we will do the rest.
If they aren't already registered with us and we find them a new role, then, twelve weeks after they commence work you are entitled to a gift of either £100, £250 or even £500, depending on their starting salary.
Simply fill out the form on the right. The referral scheme really is that easy and there is no limit to the amount of people you can refer to us.
